SKYSTOV began with two people who love to cook — a husband and wife who have always believed that food is more than something prepared and served. It is care, attention and the simple happiness of sharing a meal.
Along the way we conceptualised restaurant businesses and ran a food caravan in Noida, Sector 125. Cooking for others taught us one thing above all: the food we serve should be made with the same care we give to the food we make for our own family.
We've seen how convenience and cost-cutting can quietly change what goes into food made outside the home. So we take the choices seriously — the ingredients, the way things are cooked, hygiene, consistency and, of course, flavour.
Cooking for older family members and for people recovering from illness made us even more careful about what goes into every dish.
Our next chapter begins in Bengaluru, at a small food stall outside a supermarket, with distinctive South Indian food, fresh ideas and flavours we hope you'll remember. Not another stall serving the same thing as everyone else — somewhere you'll trust, recommend and come back to.
